Policies

Casting, program, schedules, and pricing are specified in good faith as accurate at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds. Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate break. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance. Patrons are strongly encouraged to arrive early and be seated prior to curtain. Photography, recording, or reproduction of WNO events in any form is strictly prohibited.

Late Seating:

For most productions, late seating is not permitted during the performance. Monitors are available outside of the Opera House for late arrivals to view the opera. You will be able to take your seat during the first intermission. Please plan your travel carefully, and leave extra time for traffic, parking, and walking to the Opera House.

During the Performance:

For the performance, please remember to turn off all cell phones, pagers, watch alarms or any other device that might make noise. Also, please unwrap any candies before the performance begins. The overture is part of the performance, so please refrain from talking. Audience cues can often be taken from the house lights. If the lights are up, talking is permitted, if the lights are down, talking is discouraged.
