Purchasing Additional Tickets
Washington National Opera offers subscribers the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at any time, subject to availability.  Tickets can be purchased by phone, mail, fax, in person, or online.  Ticket handling fees are waived for subscribers purchasing additional tickets, and full season subscribers receive a 10% discount on additional ticket purchases.

Subscription Ticket Exchanges
Subscription tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same opera, subject to availability.  Full season subscribers receive FREE performance ticket exchanges.  A $5 per ticket handling fee applies for mini series subscriber ticket exchanges (there are no fees for in person transactions).  Tickets may be exchanged by mail, phone or in person at least two days before the first performance involved in the exchange.  You may also fax a photocopy or email a scan of the tickets cut lengthwise.  If possible, please drop your original tickets at the WNO Concierge Desk on the night of your new performance.  Exchanged tickets will be mailed to your address, until ten days before the performance date.  Otherwise, tickets may be picked up at the WNO Concierge Desk on the day of your performance, beginning 90 minutes before curtain.

Exchange Express Service
Attending a performance at the Kennedy Center?  Visit the WNO Concierge Desk and drop off your ticket exchange or donation in the convenient Exchange Express drop box.  Please deposit tickets at least two days prior to the first performance involved in the exchange.

Ticket Donations
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to the Opera for a full tax deduction.  Ticket donations can be made in advance of your performance date Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM by phone, mail, fax, or in person at the Washington National Opera office, or 90 minutes before the performance at the WNO Concierge Desk.  Please mark your tickets "donated," and a tax receipt will be mailed to you.  Tickets must be donated prior to your performance date and time. WNO is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail.
