2008-2009 MINI SERIES SUBSCRIPTIONS ON SALE

SEATING
Priority for the most desirable seat locations is given according to donor level and number of continuous years as a subscriber. Seating is subject to availability. Seating confirmations are sent in May, and tickets are mailed in August.

SUBSCRIPTION TICKET EXCHANGES
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same opera, subject to availability. A per-ticket exchange fee applies. Audience Services must receive tickets by mail, faxed photocopy of the tickets cut lengthwise, or in person at least two days before the first performance involved in the exchange. Exchanged tickets will be mailed to your address until ten days before the performance date. Otherwise, tickets can be picked up at the WNO Concierge Desk on the day of the performance, beginning one and a half hours before curtain.
EXCHANGE EXPRESS SERVICE
Attending a performance at the Kennedy Center? Visit the Opera Concierge Desk in the Grand Foyer and drop off your ticket exchange or donation in our convenient Exchange Express drop box. Please deposit tickets at least two days prior to the first performance involved in the exchange.
TICKET DONATIONS
Ticket donations can be made Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by phone, mail, fax, or in person at the Washington National Opera office. You may also donate tickets one and a half hours before the performance at the Opera Concierge Desk located in the Kennedy Center Grand Foyer. Please mark your tickets "donated," and a tax receipt will be mailed to you. Tickets must be donated prior to your performance date and time.
PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Washington National Opera offers subscribers the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at any time, subject to availability. No ticket handling fees are charged to full season subscribers on additional tickets. Tickets can be purchased by phone, mail, fax, in person, or online.
WASHINGTON NATIONAL OPERA CONCIERGE
Audience Services provides Concierge Desk service to subscribers and donors, including the facilitation of ticket exchanges, donations, or ticket replacements. The Concierge Desk is located in the Kennedy Center Grand Foyer and opens one and a half hours prior to curtain.
